Eunice Kim

Eunice Kim approaches the ever so antiquated Human Resources function with a fresh, strategic, consultative perspective…with a smile on her face. Her motto? “Bring the human back in Human Resources”.

Prior to joining GTI, Eunice has been a part of the growth and development of HR teams from infancy to maturation at progressive, fast-paced, high-growth agencies; one of which was listed on Crain’s Best Places to Work in Chicago, 6 years straight (4 consecutive years as #1!). She is creative in her approach, passionate about being a true partner to the business, and providing coaching and a forum for knowledge to empower managers and employees. As the VP of People at GTI, she believes that the best cultures are built on the foundation of putting your people first, listening more and talking less, humility, transparency and integrity from leadership, appreciating the power of laughter, and the encouragement to be your truest self. Eunice has been with the company since June 2017 as GTI’s first and only HR hire with approximately 80 employees and currently oversees a team of 15 in the Chicago HQ office supporting an employee population of 680.

Eunice graduated from the University of Iowa with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and a minor in Human Relations.
