Blythe Heustis

Blythe Huestis has a successful track record as a retail operator, advocate and thought leader in the cannabis industry.  She has high-capacity experience in multi-dispensary management, dispensary operations, inventory management, purchasing, merchandising, staffing, training, mentoring, human resources, and strategic planning.  

Ms. Huestis has been involved in the cannabis industry for nearly a decade and is responsible for opening eight state-licensed marijuana dispensaries across the country.  Her experience has afforded her an acute understanding of the customer, employee, and retail dynamics in a highly regulated industry.  Ms. Huestis focuses on implementing both store front operations and SOP solutions that improve efficiencies and maintain compliance according to state specific regulations.

In 2017, Ms. Huestis spearheaded the creation of a differentiated dispensary model aptly named BEYOND / HELLO. As the Vice President of Retail Operations for Jushi, Huestis focuses on superior service and support to the customer while providing safe and responsible access to quality products.
