Elizabeth Conway

Elizabeth (Liz) Conway is the California Operations Director for Surterra Wellness.  She leads west coast efforts for non-vertical market entry, strategy, partnerships, supply, marketing, policy and regulation. Prior to Surterra, Liz founded a firm, Gide (pronounced “guide”) with 2 other women. Gide serves early-stage clients across the world in highly regulated sectors.  Liz focuses on advising companies, including cannabis companies in operations, org development, and growth in volatile regulatory environments.
